Daniel Radcliffe's Trevor Project PSA Debuts During 'Glee'

A new public service announcement for The Trevor Project, which features actor Daniel Radcliffe, debuted on American television Tuesday night during Glee. The episode of the hit show that was broadcast included an attempted teen suicide storyline, and the 30-second spot provided the number for the organization’s 24-hour telephone service, which is staffed with trained counselors.

Radcliffe, who was honored by the Trevor Project last June, recently released a statement on the importance of being a straight ally:

"When we let someone know that we accept them for who they are and that we are safe to talk to, we can help save lives," he says. "It's as simple as that."
