WATCH: NFL Player Poses Nude for PETA
New York Jets safety Bret Lockett is the latest NFL player to strip down to his birthday suit for PETA’s new “Ink, Not Mink” campaign which discourages people from wearing fur, by encouraging them to be comfortable in their own skin.
In the org’s latest video to promote their effort, Lockett not only reveals his beautiful body for the camera, but his heart of gold as well. “What really hurt me was when I saw that an animal was still able to move and lift its head up after it was completely skinned,” Lockett says, explaining why he felt compelled to lend his skin to PETA’s latest campaign. “It brought tears to my eyes.”
Lockett joins a long list of athletes who have joined PETA’s mission of kindness towards animals, including Shawne Merrimen, Terrell Suggs, Willis McGahee, Chris Andersen, Chad Ochocinco, Amar’e Stoudemire, Tony Gonzalez, Aaron Curry, “Sugar” Shane Mosley, and UFC fighter Tito Ortiz.
You can see Lockett’s bare assets in the video below, but be warned. The video also includes a couple of graphic scenes of animals being skinned and is not something for the squeamish.
