Bravo: "Top Chef" flames on tonight!

We've been informed there are no out gay men this season on "Top Chef" -- but not only are there three lesbians, two of them are a couple ... and foodie Ted Allen's back as a judge.

Jen's the executive chef of (very tasty) Coco500 in San Francisco.

Her GF's Zoi, a chef/restaurant consultant. She hates beets.
