"Idol" star David Hernandez did What?

(Getty Images) I haven't watched American Idol in....well, ever...yet I seem to learn what I need to know from every other news outlet that for some reason is compelled to cover the show ad nauseum. So I knew about Frenchy getting kicked off a couple of years ago, about the slutty photos of the hot girl last year, and of course, the post-A.I. career of our fave-closeted superstar, Clay Aiken.

But now comes THIS year's scandal, and my interest is piqued. Seems this cutie David Hernandez may have worked...wait for it....in a GAY  NIGHTCLUB *gasp*. An hairless aspiring boy-bander...GAY?? Impossible! But now there are photos that give those rumors some credibility. According to the "internet," Hernandez also supposedly has a steady boyfriend, but I think that boy's ride might be coming to an end should Hernandez progress through to the next round (can't disappoint all those teeny bopper girl...and their moms).

Of course, if he doesn't make it, and I think he performs tonight, then he's already gotten his 15 minutes, and undoubtedly has offers from nightclubs, cabarets and gay pornographers filling up his inbox. But let's help our boy out; I'm gonna make an appointment with David Hernandez tonight, and assuming he doesn't totally suck, he's got my vote!
