Coop Gets Trunked

On the heels of Jodie Foster's close encounter with Jay Leno's snake-in-a-bag ("D!@# in a Box" anyone?) comes footage of Anderson Cooper getting lovingly fondled by an elephant. Apparently it took place during his work for "Animal Planet" (he's come so far so fast!) The clip, however, starts with a different sort of elephant - and it's worth a watch too: it's a painting elephant from Thailand!

Love how the co-anchor is all over the fact that we don't see the pachy's full bod while he's painting (I do believe it's shown right at the beginning, and it's a one-shot deal, so take it for what it's worth); she really showing off the investigative-journalism skill set that landed her on 360 in the first place, no? But hang in there; the shot of AC getting some elephant love is strangely adorable.
