Host a Fab SATC2 Screening Party

Call the girls over for a good old-fashioned movie night, complete with costume contests and a drinking game, to watch Sex and the City 2.

With very little fuss, you and your friends can enjoy the ultimate friends’ film to the fullest.

Here are a few suggestions for creating the perfect Sex viewing party at home:

• Encourage guests to dress up as one of the four ladies to receive a favor or token. Something small, like a chocolate or dessert. Or a martini glass for everyone: Buy a set at a surplus store and add a pink sticker on each.
  

• Have a batch of Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, and Charlotte nametags ready in case some costumes are less than obvious. (You can also divide your guests into teams later for games/contests by ‘Team: Carrie's’ etc.)
  

• A costume contest that awards the best homage to each of ‘The Girls’:
  

Give the best Carrie a copy of The Carrie Diaries, Candace Bushnell's new book
Reward the spot-on Charlotte with his or her own Asian baby. Just kidding! Give a fancy cupcake and a string of fake pearls—because everyone loves something sweet to go with their pearl necklace.
The guest who nails Miranda could get a mani/pedi certificate. (Whether it's a guy in drag or a real girl, they'll love it)
For the best Samantha; a vibrator. If they dressed as her, they should expect that kind of prize. If that's just too much, do lube and condoms.

Inspired by Miranda and Charlotte’s drinking game in the movie, at various times through out the movie (like when a character embarrasses themselves, gets a little wild or runs into an ex) ‘Pause’ and make friends take turns admitting the craziest moments from their own love life.

Whether the party is impressed or thinks your tales are lame, everyone still yells, “SIP!” just the same, because we like our Cosmo’s ‘round here. Keep periodically playing arounds of SIP until people bow out for lack of dirt or button up about their scandalous pasts. The last drinker standing wins their very own copy of Sex and the City 2 on DVD (and is probably on 'Team: Samantha,' just saying.)

BONUS: Anytime someone in SATC2 gets laid, everyone shout "SIP" and take a SIP!
