Every gay guy wants to be Samantha. We adore Charlotte's romantic heart, we appreciate Miranda's sensibility, and we wish we were more balanced like Carrie—but at the end of the day gay guys embrace Samantha most. From her brave fight against aging to her unapologetic embracing of her sexuality, she's truly the gayest of them all.
So if you and your friends are doing drag for Halloween, it's no surprise that you'll argue over who gets to play Samantha.
Of course, thinking about it, you could all be Samantha. Now THAT would be an amazing group costume.
