Nancy Sinatra Calls Glambert "Brilliant"

By: Michael Matson

Nancy Sinatra, the '60s pop music chart-topper and daughter of Frank, expressed her love for Adam Lambert via Twitter on Monday, calling the singer "brilliant."

The Grammy-nominee tweeted she was "furious" when Lambert lost American Idol and that she voted for him "many times." Sinatra also responded to a tweet noting similarities between Glambert and Elton John. "There are similarities with Adam  and Elton, I agree," she wrote. "I respect both of them tremendously."

Though it's interesting to note that the 70-year-old daughter of one of the 20th century's greatest singers is a Glambert fan, it's important to disclose that this news really just gives us an excuse to post Sinatra's super groovy video for "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'."
