Red Riding Hood Hottie

California native Shiloh Fernandez came close to landing the Robert Pattison role in the Twilight movie series. Though Fernandez did not end up playing the tween dream vampire, he did make a lasting impression on the film's director, Catherine Hardwicke, who cast the 26-year-old actor as Amanda Seyfried's romantic interest in the new Red Riding Hood flick.

To promote the film, Fernandez tapped into a edgy sensuality for this Interview magazine photo shoot. Considering the publication that the images were shot for, it's not surprising Fernandez exhibits a hint of the dark kink found in Robert Mapplethorpe's work. Sans bullwhip, of course.
