Batman: Arkham City Review
The wait is finally over.
For more than two years gaymers and comic book geeks have been salivating over what is sure to become one of the greatest video games of all time—Batman: Arkham City. In fact, anticipation for this sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum is so high that a midnight release will be taking place at several store chains such as Best Buy and Game Stop later tonight.
If you’re one of the millions of gaymers who couldn’t get enough of Batman: Arkham Asylum then you’ve no doubt been keeping tabs on game developer Rocksteady’s second Dark Knight adventure. With promises of a sprawling open-world environment, amplified abilities, and playable characters like Robin, Nightwing, and Catwoman, Batman: Arkham City has been teasing a Batcave-sized joy-gasm!
But does it live up to the hype?
Fortunately, IGN has posted an early video review and has given the game an unbelievable score of 9.5 out of 10. It looks like our second date with Rocksteady’s Batman will be everything we’ve been hoping for and much more.
