Play as Nightwing in 'Batman: Arkham City'

If comic books and video games both rank high on your geek-o-meter then, like me, you can’t get enough of Batman: Arkham City.

The Dark Knight’s latest (and hottest) video game adventure has scored high praise from critics and players around the globe. With an engaging storyline, sprawling open-world environment, and expansive cast of characters it’s easy to see why gamers and comic geeks are going nuts for this game.

Now the former Boy Wonder, Nightwing, is available as a playable character in the newest DLC (downloadable content) Add-On pack.

The “Nightwing DLC Pack,” (available on Playstation Network and Xbox Live), retails for $6.99 and includes two Nightwing skins (Arkham Cityand the classic Batman: The Animated Series versions) as well as two new challenge maps.

Nightwing is a fully-developed playable character with his own flamboyant fighting style and new gadgets like his signature escrima sticks.

Gamers should also note that the DLC pack also makes Nightwing a playable character in any of the other challenge maps previously available to Batman—giving Arkham City a fresh jolt of playability.
