Wal-Mart Shopper Arrested for Whipping Out His Willie

Lots of people enjoy finding a good bargain, but this takes low price loving to a whole new level.

According to a Ouachita Parish police report, Travis Keen from Monroe, Louisiana was arrested on obscenity charges outside a local Wal-Mart for exposing his erect penis in the retail giant’s parking lot. When police questioned him the man explained that he “gets aroused” when he’s around the self-proclaimed Low Price Leader.

A witness stated that she saw Keen expose himself while he was rolling through the parking lot in his white Ford Taurus.

Apparently the 28-year-old thought sharing his love of Wal-Mart with other shoppers meant pulling up next to them and whipping out his Willie.

The police officer’s report states:

“I asked Keen what he was doing in the parking lot Keen stated he was trying to see if he fixed his power steering in his car. I advised Keen about what I was told by the witness. Keen then stated he did have his penis out because of past experiences he had at Wal-Mart. Keen stated when he comes to Wal-Mart he gets aroused.”

With no prior criminal history, Police charged Keen with obscenity and held him on $5,000 bail at the Ouachita Parish jail.
