Saying "the Mormon church is anti-gay" is just like saying "water is wet"—it's obvious.

But this last Saturday, 150 Mormons formally resigned from the church in a protest against the church's anti-LGBT, racist and sexist teachings.

Sometimes LGBT Mormons and Christians get criticized for participating in anti-gay churches, but LGBT congregants can also help change straight Christians' perceptions of LGBT people.
