1) The Death of DOMA
Everyone and your mom think that the Supreme Court will knock down the so-called Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) that currently forbids the U.S. government from giving federal benefits to legally married same-sex couples.
The Supremes will also overturn Proposition 8 in California, effectively de-criminalizing gay marriage there too.
Put down your money on these if someone offers you a bet on either.
