Advocate.com launched a moving and fascinating special section in commemoration of World AIDS Day 2009 with stories and features to inspire us all.

Among the sections you'll find a Tribute to World AIDS Day in pictures from around the globe as well as Twenty-five at 25, a list honoring 25 of today’s LGBT leaders working to ensure the fight against HIV rages on.

Readers can also learn about the them of this year's World AIDS Day: “Universal Access and Human Rights.”  This theme was chosen to address the critical need to protect human rights and attain access for all to HIV prevention, treatment, care, and support.

You can also read about how advocates are making a difference, like Floridian Devin Robinson, who is adapting his one-man show for a feature film, God, Me... HIV?
