The Sweat Factor
I might be one of the few people who hate saunas or steam rooms.
Those of you who swear by them and say saunas are relaxing and stress
reducing can all suck it -- if I may quote Kathy Griffin!

wet (no sauna needed) is the "power step-up." Instead of resting
