V Mag Curvy Issue: Really Sexy

V magazine is creating quite the buzz with its shape issue, also referred to as the “curvy issue,” hitting newsstands January 14.

With Precious star Gabourey Sidibe on the cover, it’s clear from page 1, this isn’t your average token “real body” story. The provocative and stunning pictures of luscious ladies like plus-size supermodel Crystal Renn, Candice Huffine, Tara Lynn, and Michelle Olson put the usual bags of bones seen on the glossy pages to shame, making the issue a must-read.

V editor in chief Stephen Gan said in a simple statement: “Big, little, pint-size, plus-size—every body is beautiful.” Truer words…
