Eye Candy: Bright Eyes

There is a tendency among photographers to focus on the brooding sensuality that model River Viiperi emanates organically. The inclination is understandable. But in doing so, he is often lit with heavy shadows that conceal his perky peepers. And, as we have learned from video interviews, River has a playful and flirtatious side that has been under utilized. Which is why I am grateful that British photographer Simon Harris had the keen sense to capture a bit of River's effervescence and, most importantly, allowed his eyes a brief moment in the spotlight.
