But these days, actors follow extremely strict diets and intense workout routines to pump and tone every muscle on their superstar bodies to ultimate perfection for months preparing for a role.

Is this crazy, near-unattainable, “Photoshop perfect” image of male bodies being perpetuated by Hollywood harmful to our culture? Probably.
