Attend the "We Were Here" LA Screening
We Were Here is a documentary about San Francisco in the early 1980s. At that point, when the "gay cancer" started invading the community, residents became understandably frightened. Soon much of the city would be ravaged by the AIDS epidemic, and this amazing story follows how a group of people handled it. We Were Here has been a success at Sundance and several film festivals, and now you can see it before the September 16th opening.
