Perfect Pitch Is 'Glee On Steroids'

The a capella musical film Pitch Perfect has been called "GLEE on Steroids" called by one blogger. But it's more a boys-versus-girls musical comedy, where the female lead and her male opponent will probably fall in love before the credits roll.

In the meanwhile, the ladies (including their plump comic relief) dress like sexy airline stewards while the boys recreate America's Best Dance Crew with every song.

But hey, what's not to like about sexy stewards and hip-hop dance? Fun fun.

One question though: is any high school glee club actually well-funded enough to support complex stage-lighting, matching costumes and the insurance waivers necessary to let students perform flips on-stage?At our school, the football team always got all the cash. 

Oh well, call it wishful thinking on screen. If one of the male characters isn't gay, we'll call the film downright unrealistic.
