Clear some space on your bedroom wall for the dreamy new official poster for Kill Your Darlings.

Focusing on the 1944 murder of David Kammerer, this true-crime drama from out director John Krokidas stars Daniel Radcliffe as Beat poet Allen Ginsberg, years before Howl made him a literary icon. Jack Huston plays On the Road author Jack Kerouac, Ben Foster plays William Burroughs, and Dane DeHaan, also pictured in the one-sheet, plays Lucien Carr, who also became identified with the Beat movement.

An outspoken LGBT ally, Daniel plays his first gay character and has his first gay sex scenes in the film, which debuted at Sundance and officially opens Oct. 18 in limited release.

"I feel I am incredibly lucky to be playing him," the Harry Potter star told The Advocate of taking on the role of Allen Ginsberg. "Despite the damage from his upbringing and his mother and what he went through, he really emerged into the most fully formed open, compassionate human being out of all of the Beats. He’s certainly the one you’d be most comfortable spending time around, I think. When you watch footage of him and William Burroughs together and see how much they care about each other and how close they were and the love between all those guys and the incredible sadness that brought them all together that they were all carrying in some degree. It’s great."
