George Michael Turns on the ‘White Light’

We absolutely love out music legend George Michel. Not only because he’s a master craftsman of great pop/dance tracks, but because he’s a survivor as well.

The singer/songwriter has overcome many obstacles in his career and personal life that would have destroyed many other people. (Most recently, he almost lost his life to pneumonia.)

Yet, as cliché as it may sound, George Michael has been the pop star equivalent of a phoenix -- continually rising from the ashes to soar higher and his new single “White Light” wonderfully captures his indomitable spirit.

The music video for the single, starring supermodel Kate Moss and a few shirtless hotties, dropped yesterday and is the perfect visual complement to an obviously personal song.
