WATCH: Pet Shop Boys Are Sexy Man-Beasts in 'Axis'

A futuristic rave of laser lights, space wormholes, and dancing men in monstrous animal heads? Ke$ha, is that you, girl?

Nope, but Pet Shop Boys are back with a trippy new video for "Axis," the techno lead single off their upcoming summer album Electric.

"Electric is very much set on the dancefloor," said legendary British synth-pop duo Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe in a statment. "Our latest album often evolves as a response to our previous album and, whereas Elysium had a reflective mood, Electric is pretty banging!" Out July 15, the album will feature eight new songs, plus a cover of Bruce Springsteen's "The Last To Die."
