It is with great dismay that in my lifetime I have to once again witness a small majority of voters with their pompous ideologies and inflated sense of worth totally disregard the 14th amendment and its definition of citizenship with attempting to create a State addendum to it that includes a mandate of identifiable traits must be met before participatory inclusion of its authority of representation will be acknowledged..
I fully support this decision. The will of the people as represented in purpose and design through the United States Constitution has once again echoed its authority over a small majority of state voters in their attempt to usurp and redefine the 14th amendments definition, qualifications and application of equal protection and representation rights. .
The United States Constitution, as established through the 14th amendment, has only two requisites of citizenship for inclusion of its full authority, They are citizen by Birth or naturalization and residency within its jurisdictions and territories.
Not one other identifiable trait, creed or ideology is requisite for inclusion of its representation and authority.
Prop 8 is unconstitutional. That is an undeniable truth, but, like all truths, the malacious will attack it, the ignorant will deride it, but in the end, it remains unchanged.
This is about civil rights, this is nothing got to do w/ celebrity or average people thinks. This is about "All of US".....................
Why do we care what celebrities think? Why not ask what average lesbians and gays think?
Where are all the rest of the tweets from famous people, I saw over 100.
