Stephen Colbert: Other Businesses Should Follow Chick-fil-A's Example
When anti-gay Christians bought tons of food on Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day last Wednesday, the hate-group supporting fast food chain had record sales.
So satirist Stephen Colbert thinks that perhaps other companies might want to follow suit, by touting anti-Mexican or anti-woman positions and then letting supporters of said position flock to your stores in support.
Little may he know that other companies like Amway and the entity behind Dixie Cups are already doing just that.
Then again, we already told you that.
And yet many of our readers said that they continue to purchase the goods of such businesses out of ignorance. Apparently, we need a smartphone app or something to tell us which businesses support our equality and which ones don't.
