Positive & Proud Deciding Moments: Hartsel

"Deciding Moments" videos spotlight people who are taking a stand against HIV— to be "greater than" the disease; they're produced by Greater Than AIDS, an organization dedicated to reducing the spread of HIV.
Today's video features Hartsel, an HIV-positive man who says, "I am greater than this disease and I am not defined by it." In his bio he encourages everyone to make a difference in the world with their words, their actions—their whole life. He says, "HIV for me has been a learning tree that keeps on teaching. One of the hardest challenges is rejection by possible partners – I’ve had some conversations end abruptly."
