Madonna Covers ‘Born This WAY’

Madonna isn’t known for being subtle and her latest musical “statement” has hit the Blogoshpere like an atomic bomb.

Rumors of Madge preparing a mash up of “Born This Way” and “Express Yourself” for her MDNA tour have been whispered for weeks, but a leaked recording reveals the mix is far cry from a friendly nod to Lady Gaga.

Not only will Madonna’s cover seamlessly blend her ‘90s classic with the song she labeled “reductive,” it ends with a piece of “She’s Not Me” from Madge’s previous album, Hard Candy.

Is this the ultimate backhanded compliment, or do you think Madonna is simply making fun of the “controversy?”
