Already in its 8th year, Boulder PrideFest grows larger and better than ever before. The event will take place in Boulder’s Central Park, steps from Boulder Creek, which provide visitors with a beautiful natural backdrop. Events span over three days, with a kick-off, first-ever, midnight Pride Parade down Pearl Street. The 2011 Boulder PrideFest celebrations runs Friday, August 26 through Sunday, August 28.

Friday, August 26
PropGay, Boulder's monthly guerrilla queer bar, organizes the first-ever midnight Pride Parade down Pearl Street. 12 am - 2 am, The Kitchen Next Door & Tahona Tequila Bistro, 10th and Pearl.
Saturday, August 27
Boulder County AIDS Project presents Absolute! Fabulous! Gorgeous! Join outrageous divas and delicious performances at the sixth annual drag show and community celebration promoting HIV awareness. 7 - 10:30 pm, The Dairy Center for the Arts, 2590 Walnut St.
Sunday, August 28
Boulder PrideFest brings a wide array of exhibitors committed to supporting our communities as well as amazing entertainment with special guest stars, Ms. Frenchie Davis and Drag Queen MC, Ms. Eda Bagel. Following PrideFest, join The Feminist Creative Alliance for an 18 and Up after-party. Absinthe House, 1109 Walnut St.
