Bad romance is more than just bickering and bitching. It’s seldom sex, if at all. The distancing becomes active, not reactive and just plain passive. The both of you needed space, but neither had the courage to take it. You couldn’t even agree on a thing without an argument. And when you're not fighting, you’re not speaking to each other.

You both want a solution, but neither is willing to swallow that ego for a second.

Maybe there isn’t one.

Maybe as much as we don’t want to admit it, some things are not meant to be.

But can we be friends?

What is the unproblematic process to continuing a bromance?
I’ve been through my fair share of breakups. Some rough, some tough and some so sublimely smooth I didn’t know it was over till he was with someone else. Is that cheating? I’m not pointing fingers, you know who you are. But being freshly single can suck. We’ve all been there and I think it blows. If you know how to get through this point in life pain-free, please share or just admit you’re crying inside like the rest of us.
