Activists Fight Homophobia in Sports

Score one for the fight against homophobia in soccer!

Even though gay soccer fans have been warned to keep a low profile at this year's UEFA European Football Championship in Poland and the Ukraine, a homosexual activist group in Germany has plastered the area with posters of two teammates lip locking in celebration with the tag line, “Would you also beat up your favorite player for this?”

If celebrations like this did happen more during a soccer match, there’d be a lot more gay soccer fans at this years UEFA.
