Olympic Swimmers Play Gay to Sink Homophobia

By: Brandon Voss

French Olympic swimmers Florent Manaudou and Frédérick Bousquet hit the showers to pose for a hot photo as part of a campaign against homophobia created by photographer Olivier Ciappa.

The athletes are more than just friends; in real life, Frédérick is partners with Florent's sister, OutSports reports.

For this "imaginary couples" photo project, now on display in Paris, France — a country that recently celebrated its first gay marriage — Olivier told his subjects, "You're with the person you love. Not a man, not a woman. Then, at the session, I disappear, for they are one with each other."
