Cristiano Ronaldo is the Fittest Man Alive, according to Men’s Health, which features the Portuguese soccer star and his world famous eight pack on the cover of the magazine’s latest issue.

But the honor comes amid news that Ronaldo and the company behind his CR7 underwear line, JBS Textile Group, is suing a Rhode Island based fitness enthusiast for infringing on their CR7 trademark.

Interestingly, the fitness enthusiast, Christopher Renzi, registered the trademark in the U.S. in 2009, four years before JBS Textile Group. JBS is arguing that they have “imminent plans” to release the brand stateside and that Renzi is trying to use the name to capitalize on Ronaldo’s fame.

Ronaldo has gotten a lot of press in Europe for his sexy CR7 underwear ads, one of which you can see below. There is no word yet on when CR7 is expected to launch in the U.S.
