Just north of San Francisco lies Sonoma County, the home of Wine
Country and the Russian River. Often described as the West Coast Fire
Island, the county's gay resort town, Guerneville, is the location of
this year's Pride parade and festival. The LGBTQQI celebration takes
place over two consecutive weekends, beginning June 6th and continuing June 12th-13th.

Sonoma County Pride Parade and Festival
This year's parade is
immediately followed by the Pride celebration at Guerneviile Lodge.
Vendors will be selling everything from handcrafts to Polish hot dogs
while local wines will be poured from some of the county's best
wineries. Performers this year include cabaret star Irene Soderberg,
San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus spin off Vocal Minority, electro-pop duo
The Paper Dolls, and the jazz combo Count Me In Trio.
