We reported a couple weeks ago that Detroit dance club Backstreet had moved locations, but between then and now it's shuttered its doors. Rumor has it they might resurrect in a new location (or perhaps the old one again). According to Andrew, this is the fifth gay bar to close this year.
Detroit Has ICONs
The Detroit Eagle may be gone, but the ICON leather club is not. They're on
the prowl for a new bar and they're starting out at the Hayloft Saloon
on Friday, September 10pm with a white collar night.
So put on that dress shirt and leather tie and come out and encourage them.
Check out their website and Facebook page for updates and new events as they
try out some new venues (all the while having a blast)!
P.S. Check out Hayloft Saloon's Facebook page for other gay themed nights.
