Happy Hour: National Coffee Month
August is National Coffee Month! (Who knew?) And since we love coffee and cocktails, this seemed like as good a reason as any to come up with a Monday morning Happy Hour.
Fortunately, top mixologist Daniel Hyatt and coffee expert Chris Baca in San Francisco created the Apple 415, which can be enjoyed at barbecues, picnics, patio parties and Monday morning meetings without anyone being the wiser.

3/4 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream
1 3/4 ounces Iced Coffee
1/2 ounce 100 Proof Apple Brandy
1/2 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Pour Baileys, iced coffee, Apple Brandy and Yellow Chartreuse over ice.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
