MUST HIT EVENT:White Party Week in Florida

Lots of folks know about White Party in Palm Springs, but when the weather cools the hotties head to White Party Week in Florida. This is the oldest, largest, most glamorous and well-known HIV/AIDS Fundraiser in the world.

This year's parties will be held November 24 - 29.

White Party Week has raised tens of millions of dollars for those living with HIV/ AIDS in South Florida. Over 25,000 attendees hit South Florida—many from around the globe— to enjoy both cultural and dance events that are unparalleled.

Over the next couple days we'll spotlight some of the fun, but for now here's an easy overview for the 2010 event.

Most of the dance events are nightclub based, except for the Muscle Beach event, which is held on the sands of South Beach, and the White Party itself which is at the beautiful Villa Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.

Celebrities who have attended or participated in White Party Week over the years have included Madonna, Rosie O’Donnell, Cristina Saralegui, Ru Paul, Deborah Cox, Cindy Crawford, Maryel Epps, Gloria & Emilio Estefan, Eartha Kitt, Kristine W, Jodie Watley, Cyndi Lauper, Bette Midler, Yoko Ono, Liza Minelli, Carson Kresley, Jennifer Lopez, Rupert Everett, and Jennifer Holiday.

THE MAIN EVENT
The White Party

Join thousands of men and women in white as they dance under the Miami moon on ten acres of the most breathtaking renaissance gardens in the country. DJ David Knapp will be bringing his usual flair for fun, festive, and great-spirited music. There will also be live performances by Cirque Dreams— a sexy aerialist troupe with numerous surprises in store— as well as samples from Miami's hottest restaurants, casino games, live entertainment and more.

Shuttle service is available from the host hotel so you don't need to worry about cabs or drinking and driving.

VIP Admission: Advance $250 / Day of $250
