Streaking Santas New York Mile

A bunch of bad Santas successfully combined naughty with nice for Astoria, New York’s one-mile charity “Santa Streak.”

On Saturday, December 4th, residents of Astoria and Long Island City stripped down to support local charities, in a run similar to Boston’s wildly popular Santa Speedo Run.

Participants donated a gently used coat or canned food items as their entry into the run. The donations will be given to NY Cares or City Harvest charities respectively.

The fastest streaker claimed a $125 gift certificate to CrossFit Queens.
