Los Angeles Black Pride - June 30 - July 4, 2011
In 1988, a small group of friends descended on a Southern California beach to celebrate Pride. Twenty-three years later, it has grown into one of the most widely attended Pride celebrations in the country.
From June 30 – July 4, 2011, Los Angeles Black Pride (LABP) will host culturally sensitive, top-notch entertainment in Malibu and various West LA locations. Highlights include performances by Faith Evans, Dupree Scruggs and Tyra Sanchez in addition to beach and pool parties.
