Out Underwear Model Steven Dehler Goes Commando
Steven Dehler is a California boy who has had the chance to model in large underwear campaigns for Andrew Christian, Timoteo, and Freedom Reigns. Besides modeling, he also dances at one of West Hollywood's hottest clubs, the Abbey.
The tall blonde model may look super-confident rocking Marco Marco on the beach in his new photos — shot by friend, roomie, and photographer Paul Boulon — but he admits in a new chat with The Underwear Expert that it was a long journey to self-acceptance and sexiness.
Read more about that journey, his friendship with Drag Racer Detox, and why he usually doesn't wear undies below and on the following pages.
Steven on it getting better: "When I was growing up, I used to play on the monkey bars with the girls. We would do tricks, spin, and twirl. I would come to find out that some of the kids would call me Steven 'Gay'ler behind my back because of it. They’d pick on me. In high school, I was introverted and shy. I wore baggy clothes because I was underweight. I was six foot and 140 lbs. I also had a pimply chin. It wasn’t until I hit my early twenties that I got comfortable with myself. Now, I swing around on bars, work less hours, and get paid more than the people that bullied me back then for something I liked to do. I want people to know it gets better. It takes time. You just have to be strong in your self."
