WeHo Queens Perform 'Call Me Maybe' (And Carly Rae Jepsen Likes It)
Remember at the end of 2010 when a bunch of Randy Blue models did a lip-synch video for Kylie Minogue's hit "Get Outta My Way" and it became a huge viral hit? Now Los Angeles club promoter Woody Woodbeck (who's also an Emmy-nominated producer, reality TV casting director, writer, host, radio talent, Mariah Carey lover and LGBT activist—among other things) has gathered together another group of gorgeous guys to do the same thing with Carly Rae Jepsen's hit single "Call Me Maybe."
It's a super simple presentation really, but there's yummy eye candy (some of the Randy Blue variety), fun lezzies, and they all completely cature the fun-loving nature of the song. Woodbeck is in it, BTW; he's the guy in the T-shirt.
What's really cool, though, is that Carly Rae Jepsen not only saw the video, she posted it on her video blog. Yes, that's the screen grab on the left. Seems she really is hip to the gays. Check out the video.
