WATCH: Boylesque Troupe Moonlights as Gay Unicorn Superheroes

By: Brandon Voss

Remember Mod Carousel's sexy genderfuck parody of Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" video?

Well, the Seattle-based boylesque troupe — Trojan Original, Paris Original, and Luminous Pariah — is back with a new video, a rainbowed reimagining of Miley Cyrus's "Can't Be Tamed" featuring vocalist Leeni of the band Prom Queen. Fed up with antigay injustices, the half-naked performers have no choice but to transform into — what else? — gay unicorn superheroes!

"The rise in homosexual hate crimes in our own Seattle neighborhoods as well as recent unsettling news concerning international politics, specifically in Russia and Greece, spurred us to make this over-the-top, yet much needed video supporting international gay rights," the troupe writes on YouTube. "And what better way for a boylesque troupe to do this than via unicorns?"
