1. Having an "issue" with one's bowels. Primarily used when trying to sound witty during an uncomfortable situation.
In a sentence: Daniel and his friends got drunk at the bar last night. When they stumbled out of the club they each bought a bacon-wrapped hot dog from a street vendor and ate it. The next day they all had assues.
