Word of the Week: coco
COCO
[see-oh-see-oh]
noun (for friends and family)
1. "Cuddles and hugs"; used as the closing of a text message. Created when one's fat thumbs press the "c" rather than the "x" while trying to type "xoxo" on a cell phone.
In a text.
Let's meet @ 5 and U can tell me all the dirt. COCO (Fat Thumped) Gossip Girl.
noun (for friends with benefits)
1. Come Over, Come Over. Interpretation given by the reader of the fat-thumbed text message who is hoping to hook up with the sender.
2. (adult slang - variation depending on sexual relationship)
Come Orgasm; Come On (me); Come Often; Come Off Me Face (Irish; meaning you're drunk); etc.
In a text message scene.
JOE: Yeah, I'm free for whatever. Stop by. COCO
KARL (reading text, excited): REALLY? What about your boyfriend?
JOE: He may join. COCO (a second later) Can you handle that?
KARL (even more excited): I'd totally be a sandwich between you guys... (Just as Karl is about to hit "send.")
JOE: Sorry about the COCO thing. I'm bloated from the hike. Anyway, come over and we can watch the new Gossip Girl.
KARL: (delete)
